• Flemish Bond 225 mm thick dwarf wall

Getting out of the ground, always hard work!

  • Timber Framed studwork fixed to dwarf wall

Always nice to do as the work is a bit lighter.

  • Concrete tile roof

Nice to do on a sunny day, we very much enjoyed this.

  • Cladding

Timber cladding, lovely light work. Hiro's favorite.

A really fun job in Kent.

Out building

This was a project based out in Kent, very near to Paddock Wood. The travel was a bit of a pain, but the job was fantastic and more than made up for the long commute.

The building was a new build and the brief was for a storage/workshop facility, although I have a feeling that as it’s so cosy now with the insulation it may be used as a place to relax in on those summer/winter days (it has heating!) .

The build was carried out under permitted development and the client wanted it to be in keeping with the house and garage, the house being a converted Oast house.

The whole job was a thoroughly good experience and a resounding success. Many thanks to Brian and Elaine for the work and of course the hospitality while we were there.

I just need to get the completion pictures from Brian.

We are due back this year to push on with the other projects that are in progress., looking forward to it.

We will be back !
